Most packages ship the same day you place your order! If your order is placed on a weekend or after standard business hours, your order will ship the next business day.

How much is the shipping cost?

Free for the US! For Canada the cost is $10, and for everywhere else the cost is $25. Please be aware that some countries also have an import tariff in addition to the extra shipping cost.

When will I be billed?

Monthly: You will be billed for your monthly subscription every 28-30 days. Quarterly: You will be billed for your quarterly subscription every 90 days. Annual: You will be billed for your annual subscription every 365 days.

Can I ship this to someone else?

Yes, when placing the order leave their details in the ship to section of checkout.  


  • All subscriptions renew every 30 days. We are always happy to process cancellations before your subscription is renewed.
  • If you signed up for a trial, you will receive an email reminder two days before your trial is converted to a subscription. Please, reach out in a timely manner if you would like to cancel your subscription.

What’s your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any point within your 30 Day Renewal period simply by sending us an email at [email protected] or giving us a call at 321-289-1932

Returns are only available on our 4 oz jar of Adapt.  We recommend your first order be this size as we can initiate a refund if it is not suited for you. We can process a refund on your account if you ship the product back with the unused portion to our fulfillment center, please include a note explaining why it did not work for you. The box must have been delivered to you within 7 days of return or we will be unable to process a return for you. Note: we are unable to refund any products that do not meet these conditions. In most cases, writing “Return to Sender” will get the box back to us just fine, but if you would like more reassurance and a firm return date we can issue you a return label for $10 which will be subtracted from your refund. For a full refund, be sure to keep these in mind:


  • Refunds will be issued via your original form of payment.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Request for subscription cancellation must be received prior to subscription renew date.
