Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged or tampered with during shipping. Customers are responsible for checking their shipment for damage at time of delivery. Claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 48 hours. We may ask for detailed information and/or pictures of the damaged product within that time frame. You pay for shipping the item(s) back to us and we’ll either exchange the item(s) if you would prefer something different or initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

During the checkout process, you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. Included in these terms of sale is your clear understanding that Holistic Original Topical Products contain cannabidiol (CBD) from hemp oil. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to complying with FDA regulations and, as none of these products have been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to the extra benefits of CBD (cannabidiol). All unopened goods from Holistic Original Products may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping charges. Your acceptance of the terms of purchase means you agree to and understand the refund policy.   

Currently shipping within the USA. $7 flat rate shipping. Does not apply to wholesale accounts. Orders will ship by USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
